Current Access Information: We're currently welcoming guests to our swimming pool with advance reservations required. Pool sessions accommodate up to six guests at a time to ensure a relaxing experience.

Our sauna, steam room, and treatment services are temporarily unavailable and will return as soon as conditions allow. Please reach out to our team to schedule your pool session.

When We're Open

Every day of the week
Morning through evening: 07:00 – 21:00

Family Swimming Times: Young swimmers are welcome during specific windows: morning sessions from 10:00-12:00 and afternoon splash time from 16:00-18:00.

During school holiday periods, afternoon sessions (16:00-18:00) may be reserved exclusively for families with children.

Booking Terms

Payment is required at the time you make your reservation for all spa experiences and treatments
If you need to cancel with 72 hours or more notice before your appointment, we'll process a 50% refund
We may be able to reschedule your visit to another date within four weeks, though this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled time are non-refundable
Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment times without price adjustments
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full with no refund available
